  Pursuant to art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR) we inform that:

  1. The administrator of Users’ personal data is Miejski Zakład Budynków Mieszkalnych Sp. z o.o..
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller on the basis of your consent only for the sole purpose of ensuring the consideration of the offer.
  3. Your personal data is processed for the period necessary for the performance of the service.
  4. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, erase or limit their processing and rectification, and the right to object to the processing and to transfer the data.
  5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not affect processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
